“Disarming ignorance and malice . . . through love and healing”
This is a bit off the wall, I suppose, but what comes to mind is a beautiful, symbolic line in the hit film, Batman Begins: “It’s not who you are underneath, but what you do that defines you.” Which isn’t to say that the internal life, or thinking— the prayer-based consciousness—of an individual or a committee isn’t vital. It is. But simply to say that ultimately it’s how thought translates into action that counts.
